expert. CEO Shawn Ning combines
visionary entrepreneurship with Wall

Affordable, low-maintenance, durable,
and requiring little to no water, Skara is
the clear choice both for developing
communities that lack sanitation
services and large cities whose
infrastructure is unsustainable.
Skara, our electric, self-contained toilet is breaking ground in the field of sustainable sanitation solutions. Its research and development has earned attention and funding from for-profit and non-profit organizations alike.
With experience in managing highly
toxic wastes including nuclear wastes,
our research team is composed of top
electrical and mechanical engineers
with more than 60 years of combined
waste management experience.
The Sunnybreeze brand represents practical and innovative solutions to universal problems. Our Beijing research team of top electrical and mechanical engineers uses creativity and expertise to make safe sanitation available to the millions of people living without it. Sunnybreeze International Group, our marketing branch, aspires to bring the next-generation toilet to developed markets around the globe.
Helping the ones that need it the most
Once our products are commercially available, Sunnybreeze International Group will reinvest part of the profits into the team’s efforts to provide energy and cost-efficient toilets to developing countries. This effort is also supported by the Gates Foundation and will help to further establish our brand as one of humanitarianism and progress.
Skara Research & Development
Sunnybreeze R&D team has won a series of competitions and the accompanying grants funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Skara’s affordable and low-maintenance design not only distinguishes it from any competing products in the industry, but also presents the opportunity for global environmental and social change.
Science strikes back
The introduction of our portable toilet, Skara, exemplifies the advances we are already making in the field of sustainable waste management. This electric model uses little to no water to treat waste on-site and convert it to a powdered organic fertilizer. This revolutionary process treats waste at ten times the rate of traditional systems by exposing it to hot air and temperature, sanitizing and converting it to powdered organic fertilizer.
Sunnybreeze International Group is a start-up company
specializing in the design and manufacture of clean technologies.
